        <description>&lt;p&gt;I see the occasional methamphetamine overdose who is markedly hyperthermic.  These patients always present a problem in reducing their core temps.  Based upon the results of this study, could Dantrolene be used in this class of patients?  &lt;/p&gt;</description>
